River Crossing Homeowners Association (RCHOA)

River Crossing development is located in New Hope, PA along scenic River Road (Route 32) between Lurgan Road and Brownsburg Road East.  River Crossing is surrounded by dedicated open space parcels, Lookout Park, Bowman's Tower Farm, Meadowood at River Crossing, and the Orchards of Jericho.  The Homeowners Association regulates and administers the Community Facilities for the use, benefit, and enjoyment of the Owners and provides for the management, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Community Facilities.
