River Crossing Homeowners Association (RCHOA)

Trash & Recycle Service

RCHOA utilizes McCullough Rubbish Removal (mcullooughrubbish.com), a local waste management company, for trash and recycling services. Beginning the week of January 1, 2023, trash pickup days are Monday and Thursday. Recycle pickup day is Monday. If the service day is a holiday, the missed service day may not be made up; McCullough will advise RCHOA whether the recycle pickup day will be the next day (Tuesday) or the following Monday. On trash pickup days, up to 6 bags of household or yard waste will be picked up. Bulk item pickups must be scheduled and priced by calling McCullough (215-943-7470); the homeowner is responsible for the cost of any bulk item pickups and McCullough must receive payment by check (currently $10 per item) BEFORE the item(s) will be scheduled for pickup. Checks should be mailed to the address below. McCullough should be contacted to request a replacement waste container (or repair) or recycle container.

Recycling is single stream. All cardboard, paperboard, newspaper, magazines, copy paper, junk mail/envelopes, phone books, plastic bottles (1-7), aluminum and bimetal cans, and

glass bottles and jars are acceptable. Unacceptable items include mirrors, light bulbs, flower pots, window glass, and drinking glasses. Cardboard and items that will not fit in the

rthe recycle container should be placed next to the container; please flatten large cardboard boxes placed outside the container.

Bucks County has a recycling program and annually schedules collection sites for hazardous and electronic materials recycling (www.buckscounty.org) under the Community Services tab.
